Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented procedures for receiving and responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list
  3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL, event slug, video ID)
  4. Contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. Statement of good faith that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. Statement of accuracy that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location, or if outside the US, to any judicial district in which we may be found
  5. Statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant has filed a court action, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with DMCA requirements, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Processing Time

We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly, typically within 1-3 business days. We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content upon receipt of a valid takedown notice.
